     How to get FREE shipping

      Shipping is free when you order $60 or more

     (UPS ground or US Mail, continental US only)

     

     Be kind to the environment and use less boxes! 

    Double up your order to qualify for free shipping and have it shipped less frequently.  For example, instead of getting 1 bottle every month and paying for shipping, order 2 bottles every other month and get FREE shipping!

     

     International Shipping

     Currently, we do not ship Internationally. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Although Vital Earth Products are some of the best on the market today, we understand that they don’t always work for everyone and every circumstance. We will gladly refund or exchange products within 45 days of purchase.


    Please give us a call first.   We may have helpful suggestions that could allow you to continue to take the products.   It is generally very difficult to find alternative products in the marketplace that are of comparable quality, absorbability, and effectiveness to the Vital Earth product line.   Your particular concern may be as easy as reducing your dosage or changing when you take it.

     

    To return or exchange products....

     If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  You can also call us at 866-291-4400 or email us directly at: info@vitalearthminerals.com.

     

    If you qualified for free shipping, or a shipping discount, the actual shipping cost incurred by Vital Earth will be deducted from your refund amount.

     

    All packages that are declared "refused" by UPS or US Mail, or any other shipping method, and returned to us without notification, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus cost of all shipping charges; this is because we incur additional charges and administrative fees in this circumstance.   Just let us know your intentions and we'll work with you.

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
