  • Most orders ship within 48 hours.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on package weight and destination.

How to Get FREE Shipping

  • Orders of $60 or more ship FREE
    (UPS Ground or USPS, continental U.S. only)

Save Money & Reduce Packaging Waste
Consider ordering less often but in larger quantities.
Example:
Instead of ordering 1 bottle every month (and paying shipping each time), order 2 bottles every other month and qualify for FREE shipping.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

Missing Deliveries

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • We will send one replacement bottle (no refunds).
  • This replacement is limited to two consecutive occurrences.
  • After the first instance, we will attempt to ship using a different carrier.

30‑Day Guarantee

If our products do not work for you, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Before returning an item, please contact us—sometimes a simple adjustment in dosage or timing can resolve the issue.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please reach out with your order number and return details:

We will provide return instructions if the bottles are in sellable condition.

Refund Adjustments

Shipping Cost Adjustments

If you received free or discounted shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Payment Processing Fees

Payment processing fees are non‑refundable.
When a refund is issued, the original payment processor’s fee will be deducted:

  • Processing Fee: 2.7% + $0.30 per transaction
    (We do not charge additional fees; this deduction is solely the processor’s non‑refunded fee.)

Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us as refused without prior notice:

  • All shipping charges (both directions) will be deducted.

Please contact us first—we’re always happy to help avoid unnecessary fees.

Refund Timeline

You can expect your refund within up to 4 weeks, which includes:

  • 5–10 business days: Transit time for the return shipment
  • 3–5 business days: Processing your return
  • 5–10 business days: Your bank processing the refund
