Current cGMP status (current certificate for Good Manufacturing Practices
Current Good Manufacturing Practices certification is a system for ensuring that all products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards established by the FDA. All our manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance guidelines strictly adhere to, or exceed, industry standards. This includes extensive monitoring, documentation, internal and external audits, and rigorous testing.
To ensure that our quality control and manufacturing procedures are in compliance with all FDA regulations and cGMP standards, annual mock FDA audits are conducted using independent 3rd party FDA accredited consultants.
These certifications ensure quality control enforcement of all aspects of production, from receipt of raw materials, plant cleanliness, lot tracking, testing, production, and shipping of finished goods. Stringent quality control procedures are part of every phase of our manufacturing. Microbiological analysis is performed on each and every product run before it is released for shipping.
We partner with a nutritional biochemist with over 30 years experience in this field to help us create our formulas. Each ingredient is carefully researched to make sure our products are therapeutic and readily absorbed by the body.
None of our products have been tested on animals.
RAW MATERIALS documented and tested
To guarantee against receiving inferior raw materials, our lab has an ongoing vendor qualification program in place. Suppliers of raw materials must meet a strict criterion for documentation of origin of each raw material as well as quality control systems. Vendors must provide proof with each batch that the raw material has been tested for contaminants and microbials, as well as potency, purity, strength, composition and provide a C of A. (Certificate of Analysis).
When raw materials are received at the Vital Earth Minerals facility, they are quarantined and tested again by a third party to verify accuracy. Third party testing is performed to verify all vendor documentation for potency and identity. Microbiological analysis is performed on raw materials received as well as on each and every finished product run, in addition to rigorous, self imposed quality control measures. A “Certificate of Analysis” verifies ingredient content and purity.

WE LIST EVERY SINGLE INGREDIENT
If we put it in the bottle, it goes on our label. It’s that simple. We even list ingredients that are in such small amounts they are not required to be listed by the FDA. Be wary of manufacturers who don’t display their supplement facts label and the “other ingredients” paragraph. Double check for harmful preservatives, MSG derivatives, artificial sweeteners and flavorings, colorings, crystalline fructose, high fructose corn syrup or added sugars before you buy.
Liquid Minerals: Our Gentle Extraction Process, source material, and mineral content
- Extracted with nothing but cool purified water
- Ionic minerals - not colloidals (ionic is smaller than colloidal and can easily enter cells)
- Fresh water plant material source (we don't use salt water source material)
- Alkaline pH - not acidic
- No heavy metals of any kind
- Nothing added: no flavoring, sweeteners, preservatives, chemicals, MSG ... NO Artificial anything!
Because of our gentle, meticulous extraction process that utilizes nothing but cool, purified water, Vital Earth’s fulvic/humic has a highly beneficial alkaline pH of between 7.0 and 9.0. We do not use any chemicals, high heat, or pressure extrusion. Our fulvic and humic are as natural as you can get.
Vital Earth's plant-based ionic minerals are from a fresh water source. They are ionic (much much smaller sized than colloidals), and have the mineral content of the original plant matter, exactly as it was presented by nature. There are no additives, preservatives or flavorings in our mineral products. There are NO heavy metals, rock, or clay based minerals in any of our mineral products; 100% plant based.
