    • Dosages and Recommendations

    doses.pngThe normal daily dose for all our liquids is 1 ounce - (The bottle cap is a 1 ounce measure) 

    Directions: Adults: 1 fluid ounce daily.  Take with food for best absorption. Drink undiluted or add to non-chlorinated water, juice, or other Vital-Earth products.  If health challenge exists introduce at 1/4 dosage to allow the body to detoxify slowly. Build up slowly to full dosage. Refrigeration is not essential, but is beneficial to protect the naturally occurring enzymes and vitamins.

    •  1 ounce is the same as 2 Tablespoons, or 1/8 Cup
    • Our 32 oz. bottles are a 1 month supply
    • You can take our liquid products straight from the bottle, or put them in juice or water
    • The effectiveness is not diminished by adding them to other liquids or taking them with other brands of supplements

    Occasional indigestion:

    Humic and Fulvic can be used for infrequent indigestion and to support already normal digestive function.

    If you’ve eaten an especially "chemical filled" meal:

    Maybe you went to dinner at a friend's house, and they served bottled salad dressing (high fructose corn syrup, MSG, vegetable oils), a flavored rice side dish (MSG in multiple forms, colorings, artificial flavorings), and meat raised with growth hormones and antibiotics, then you drank a few glasses of wine laden with sulfites... and now you don't feel so good! Take a couple capfuls of Humic or Fulvic before you go to bed to assist your body's natural ability to flush all those toxins and chemicals from your system. You'll thank yourself in the morning!
